Buzzwatt was an interstitial series that aired on HBO Family during commercial breaks. It was targeted towards the Magnet block, as evident from the title card that has the Magnet logo. It's possible that it only ever aired during the block's lifespan, which went from 2001 to 2005. The opening as well as closing graphics featuring dancing box batteries bumping music, were done by Primal Screen.
