Eat 5 was an interstitial series that aired on HBO Family during commercial breaks, most likely aired on Jam. It debuted in July 2005, and was designed by the studio Remagined, in conjunction with Healthy Lifestyle Choices who was originally asked by HBO Family to create educational interstitials promoting healthiness.
Information on the interstitial is extremely obscure, and only one video of it is available, which is the "Eat 5" song.
Synopsis[]
According to Remagined's website, the interstitals taught kids how to eat correctly and healthier, such as the amount of fruits and vegetables they should eat a day, which is the eponymous five. Eat 5 also included green turtle-esque characters who sing as a band.

- The song is a parody of "Hey Ya!" by Outkast.
