Segments[]

The Hit (Cel/CGI Blend)[]

A narrator announces that Plush is getting ready to hit his first golf swing. When he does hit it, it flies high in the air and breaks the camera.

Hit the Bell, Win a Prize (Stop Motion)[]

At the carnival, the Shoe Family goes over to a high striker game, where they have to ring the bell to win a prize. Mr. Shoe goes first and hits the button with the hammer which hardly makes the hitter go up. He hits it harder, and it rings the bell. He gets a prize a little white donkey plush which he gives to Mrs. Shoe. Then, Mary Jane goes next, and she rings the bell on the first try, which gives the two a prize a large bunny plush.

The Miss (Cel/CGI Blend)[]

Plush is going to take another golf shot, so he swings and keeps missing, eventually spinning into the ground into the dirt.

A Little Reality[]

Some kids go to a golf course to hit some balls, even miss some.

You Missed Me (CGI)[]

Mop and Bob are playing baseball, he flies himself to her and she misses. Bob sings a teasing song and they try again, and Mop misses again. The next time around, Mop hits him and he goes flying into the air.

A Little Reality[]

The Nanuet Little League plays a baseball game with lots of hits and misses.

Don't Bump into That (Stop Motion)[]

In an art studio where Mr. String is painting a picture, Little Cup comes toddling in to look for some crayons. Mr. String stops painting and quickly warns Little Cup about not bumping into the shelf of paint cans, but while chasing him, he bumps into it instead and drops orange paint on himself. The same thing happens to a glue bottle, and then a Plush sculpture, which knocks everything down into the studio. Little Cup finds the crayon box and easily dodges the containers of paint.

A Little Reality[]

Kids bump each other in bumper cars.

The Bump (Cel/CGI Blend)[]

This time, Plush has to get the golf ball into the hole over a bump. He tries to hit it up the hill, but it comes rolling down again. The second time, he winds up and hits it over the bump, but it hits a tree and ricochets everywhere, hitting Plush on his head and giving him a "bump".

Missing You (CGI)[]

Mop is going to leave and visit her grandmother, who lives far away. She says goodbye to Little Cup, but he will miss her because she'll be so far away, so Mop sings a song about how missing someone is not so bad, and they will return.

Song: Mop (Watercolor)[]

The Mop song "Swinging Safari" is played.

Goose Bumps (Acrylic Painting)[]

Around a dark campfire, Lacey tells a story about a pair of princess slippers that crept down a castle hallway, when she heard a noise behind the closet door, going "thump, thump". This scares everyone, and Bob gets all bumpy. Mop explains they are goosebumps, and he gets them when he's scared. Lacey continues the story and the slippers slowly open the door, when something big and furry comes out and bumped right into her. It is a "dragon", who is actually Plush. He licks Lacey, causing everyone to laugh.

Do the Bump (Cel)[]

The characters do the "bump" and dance on the dance floor.

A Little Reality[]

The bump song continues as real kids bump each other on the dance floor.

Missing the Point (Cel)[]

Pad and Pencil are playing a game of tic-tac-toe. Pad wants an "O" and he tries to draw one, but his lead runs out. Pad tells him that he's "dull" and he takes it that he's boring, but she says he missed the point and he's "missing his point". Pencil slides over to the pencil sharpener and sharpens himself, then they continue the game and he gets three Xs in a row.

Song: Pencil (Cel)[]

The Pencil song "Scribbling On" is played.

You Missed (CGI)[]

Mary Jane and Lacey are playing ring toss and throw rings at Plush's nose. Lacey lands her ring on his nose, but Mary Jane rings all of his legs, and even his tail. Mary Jane shouts that she's the winner, while Lacey comments that she won’t "miss playing this game". Plush throws the rings on his legs into the air and lands them all on his nose.

A Little Reality[]

In this segment, kids are trying to hit bowling pins with a bowling ball and sometimes they miss them.

Hit the Hay (CGI)[]

In a savanna where the cow balls roll, Little Cup and Bob are dressed as cowboys and are tired, and Bob says it's time to hit the hay. Little Cup turns away, saying it's not nice to hit the hay when Bob explains that cowboys hit their heads on hay when they sleep. They find a hay pile and nap on it when Bob wakes up saying it's time to go, so they go hit the trail.
