Lisa is an interstitial series created by Magnus Carlsson (of The Three Friends and Jerry fame). It was aired on HBO Family during the Jam block. The series originated from Sweden and was first introduced in 1998, and most likely ran until a year later. It was made by Happy Life Animation and TMO-Loonland (now known as "Studio 100"). A English-language dub, produced by HiT Entertainment in the United Kingdom, was created and aired on Nick Jr. on their British feed, as well as ABC in Australia. On HBO Family, in the U.S., it started airing most likely in 2001, until late 2007.
Synopsis[]
Each episode follows the title character, whose name is Lisa, a five-year-old girl who narrates each story, and her own point of view of the particular event occurring around her. Being the narrator, she is the only character who speaks in full sentences, or mostly talks at all, as most of the assorted characters make mumbling sounds whenever they speak (in a manner similar to the adults who speak in the Peanuts series)

Trivia[]
- Most of the English-dubbed episodes were released on VHS, titled as "Lisa's Space Adventure". The Painter, however, is excluded.
- The original version narrated the stories in third person, but in the English-dubbed version, had added with Lisa narrating it herself in first person.
